Because each of our candles and crochet items is handmade with care, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

Please note that slight variations in color, size, texture, or appearance are normal with handmade products and are not considered defects. Product photos may also be enhanced or styled using AI for presentation purposes, so the item you receive may vary slightly from the images shown.
